We are looking for a motivated Billing & Collections Intern to join our Finance team in Latin America. This entry-level role will provide hands-on experience in billing, reconciliations, and collections processes, supporting day-to-day operations in Colombia and other regional markets. The intern will collaborate with different business areas such as Sales, Accounting, Operations, and Legal, gaining exposure to the end-to-end billing cycle and financial operations in a multinational environment.

OVERVIEW The Log Scheduler is responsible for executing the on-air programming guide under the general supervision of Manager of Operations. This position is responsible for scheduling on-air promos, secondary events, ratings and all elements for the daily programming. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Build 2 logs daily, 3 if necessary. Extract daily logs for Ad sales traffic department to place commercials. Input promo rotations. Follow up on arrivals, review, placing and functioning of In-shows.

The Media Operations Engineer will play a key role in supporting the technology workflows and infrastructure related to the playout and distribution of NBCUniversal channels across the LATAM region. This position will assist in documenting operational workflows, maintaining daily communication with internal stakeholders and external partners, and supporting the Operations & Technology team in the execution of media-related projects. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with strong communication skills and a solid foundation in broadcast and media technologies.

The Creative Digital Designer is part of the Art Team and collaborates across NBCUniversal’s creative HUBs in Latin America. This role is key in bringing to life the communication and brand strategy across the company’s portfolio: Universal+ (streaming platform), DreamWorks, E!, Studio Universal, USA, UTV, Telemundo Internacional, and CNBC. Beyond execution, this position acts as a creative ambassador and brand guardian, ensuring consistency and quality across every touchpoint.
