Role Summary: NBCUniversal is seeking a strategic and influential Vice President of Human Resources to lead HR initiatives for our International Networks & Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) division. This role will have a direct influence in shaping the global HR strategy while driving regional and local execution across a dynamic, fast-paced media organization. Based in our Miami, FL office, the VP will report directly to the Global Head of HR for the Media Group and serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives within this division.
