The Senior Business Systems Analyst will be a member of NBCUniversal’s Video Platform Software Engineering organization, concentrating on Ad Sales technology. The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for ensuring our Ad Sales business can perform their day-to-day activities utilizing our integrated systems. This role provides front-end user support, back-end monitoring and troubleshooting for a variety of systems which assist with functions such as sales, planning, pricing, campaign management, traffic/operations, creative, promotions, ad serving, delivery and billing.

ABOUT THE ROLE: The Manager of Post Workflow will have a thorough technical and operational understanding of our automation platform to help translate end user requests into optimized workflows and drive feature requests. Our client base includes broadcast, film and other engineering groups that use our platform. This role will also be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of workflow engineers, helping prioritize work, guide technical direction, support team development, and ensure the group is aligned with business priorities and platform strategy.

For Universal United Kingdom Resort (UUKR), Provides technical Support, inclusive of budget and schedule, for a singular contract or scope of work. Responsible for supporting or managing the successful specification, bid/award, design, production, installation, and acceptance testing of Ride and/or Show systems, to include Ride Control, or Show Control Systems. Assists in managing or manages vendors through the process of bidding, designing, manufacturing, testing, shipping, installation, start up, and commissioning of ride or show control systems.

As a Lead Technical Artist, you are responsible for defining and driving the technical art vision, standards, workflows, and execution across the project. You sit at the intersection of Art, Design, Engineering, Animation, UI, Audio, and Production, ensuring that the project's visual ambition remains achievable, scalable, performant, and maintainable across PC, console, and mobile platforms.

“What would you say you do here?” Collaborate and advise on next-generation AI-assisted agentic workflows strategy alongside product owners, developers and creatives. Design and own the architecture for AI-powered frameworks and automation across the entire Studio pipeline and platforms. Define the end-to-end architecture for ingestion, processing, and routing of operational telemetry (metrics, logs, traces). Integrate solutions with popular industry DCC tools. Prototype solutions for high-friction tasks: asset tagging, scene prep, render queue management, shot setup, and versioning.

For Universal United Kingdom Resort (UUKR), this position contributes to technical management, inclusive of budget and schedule, for an attraction or attractions under an area of responsibility. Responsible for supporting the successful specification, bid/award, design, production, installation, and acceptance testing of Ride and/or Show systems, to include Show Action Equipment. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES Provides engineering technical (calculation, design, drafting, research) assistance to the Ride/Show teams in support of show action equipment scopes of work.
