We are looking for a Regional Manager, Production Operations to join the Technology & Operations team, supporting the NBCU Local Technology and Operations Mountain Region. The Mountain Region includes Denver, Salt Lake City, Las Vegas, Phoenix/Tucson, Albuquerque, and El Paso. As the Regional Manager, Production Operations, you will be primarily responsible for leading the teams that deliver daily live news production and managing the control room(s) and studios.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager of Night Operations to lead our Custodial team in maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and safety of our Theme Park. This individual is responsible for managing the Night Operations team of 200+, including the night-to-night operation of the theme park. This individual will ensure that the theme park environment is clean, safe, maintained in a presentable fashion, while complying with all procedures & regulatory requirements.

The Sous Chef – Toothsome Chocolate Emporium, will be responsible for directing, managing and successfully operating a high volume branded concept on CityWalk. As Sous Chef, the position will be a primary “go-to” for the kitchen team and responsible for the functions and flow of the back of the house. The Sous Chef is responsible for ensuring that the food served always meets or exceeds standards of excellence. While this position will report to the Restaurant Chef, this position is responsible for setting the expectations for all kitchen team members to maximize productivity.
