NBCUniversal is looking for a Director of Design & Project Development to join our West Coast Facilities – Studio Design & Construction team. This role is accountable for leading the design and development of complex projects from early concept through construction completion. In this role, you’ll lead front-end project development, partnering with business units, Studio Operations leadership, Finance, and Facilities stakeholders to translate operational needs into well-defined projects with clear scope, cost, schedule, and risk parameters.

Responsibilities: The Senior Facilities Project Manager (SFPM) will be responsible to handle both large and small-scale projects within the NBCUniversal real estate portfolio in NY and NJ. The successful candidate will work with other members of the Operations and Technology (O&T) team to ensure that deliverables are within the applicable scope of work and budget. Project will include general tenant improvement project and technical project supporting broadcast operations for various clients.

NBC Universal’s Quality & Project Management (QPM) team provides PMO services across large initiatives within Technical Operations and Enterprise Engineering. The team is seeking a Program Manager that will be instrumental in managing key relationships while overseeing large-scale technology programs for the Corporate Core and Engineering portfolio. This person will be instrumental in developing processes for a critical sub-portfolio while also managing a high-profile program.
