The Program Manager acts as the senior project management advocate on accounts, monitoring overall program scope creep and providing detailed oversight of project transactions. Responsible for providing senior-level guidance during the creation of program/campaign scoping, timelines, and budgets. Manages overarching, consolidated program budgets and work-back schedules throughout the life of a client partner’s program/campaign. Facilitates monthly client partner bill-backs by working closely with Finance and Account Management.

Manage all client campaigns through the project lifecycle, including scoping projects and timelines, creating estimates, as well as managing budgets and work-back schedules. Facilitate consistent communication between the agency’s Creative, Project Management and Account Management teams, assuring the on-time delivery of all client campaigns to ensure they remain on-budget, on-time and on-quality (tactical).

Responsibilities: The Facilities Project Manager (FPM) will be responsible to handle both large and small-scale projects within the NBCUniversal real estate portfolio in NY and NJ. The successful candidate will work with other members of the Operations and Technology (O&T) team to ensure that deliverables are within the applicable scope of work and budget. Project will include general tenant improvement project and technical project supporting broadcast operations for various clients.
