This is a junior level attorney position supporting Access Hollywood/Access Daily/E! News and any other programming produced by the production group. Roles & Responsibilities: Reviews show segments for broadcast on various media platforms which includes viewing segments, web articles, video and reading scripts for potential copyright infringement, trademark infringement, defamation, privacy rights violations, research issues and FCC issues. Coordinate with producers, editors, and clearance department to verify and approve content and materials for show segments.

Summary: Provides essential administrative support to Entertainment Management, acting as part of the Entertainment Central Support team. Essential Responsibilities: Supervises and facilitates the ongoing process for the financial management system. Executes financial processes (purchase orders, invoice payment processing, expense reporting assistance, etc.) on behalf of the Entertainment management team. Utilizes Wrike to facilitate, generate, track, and maintain all in-process and completed central support requests (procurement, accounts payable, internal vendor information, etc.).

The Sr. Design Manager is responsible for the Art Direction and design, of presentation materials. This includes the managing the project and its deliverables as well as visual problem solving to help our partners tell the most compelling story. Ownership of the project includes presenting the work and articulating design rationale to internal stake holders. This role also develops internal-use templates and is responsible for their design and build out. The Sr. Manager is responsible for internal training on those templates to key partners.

Responsibilities: The Facilities Project Manager (FPM) will be responsible to handle both large and small-scale projects within the NBCUniversal real estate portfolio in NY and NJ. The successful candidate will work with other members of the Operations and Technology (O&T) team to ensure that deliverables are within the applicable scope of work and budget. Project will include general tenant improvement project and technical project supporting broadcast operations for various clients.

The Commercial Manager will support in executing Hayu’s direct to consumer platform expansion strategy, focussed on increasing the broad reach and distribution for Hayu’s suite of apps on international TV, OTT and SVOD platforms in order to drive subscription growth across the platform. The Commercial Director will work closely with and support the VP, Commercial, Hayu EMEA Networks & DTC to execute growth and expansion strategies in multiple markets, including but not limited to, UK, Ireland, Australia, South East Asia, Europe, and the Nordics.

Role Summary The HR Operations, Manager will be responsible for managing a team of specialists. Overseeing and serving as a primary backup for processing all workflow requests for organizational level and employee personal data information into the SAP HCM database. The HR Operations, Manager will act as the initial point for any items related to data processing and corrections while ensuring all transactional work and responses are completed according to the department's Service Level Agreement.

Role Summary: The Manager, HR Operations, will have the responsibility of ensuring the deployment and administration of Talent Acquisition and Onboarding systems as well as ensuring the oversight for continuous improvement and operational support of the associated processes. In this role, you will effectively partner with both the Talent Acquisition and the Onboarding teams to ensure Business Requirements are met.
