The Manager, Record to Report (R2R) supports the execution of Versant’s financial close, journal entry processing, intercompany accounting, fixed assets, and account reconciliation activities. Reporting to the Director of Record to Report (R2R), this role is responsible for day-to-day operations and compliance within the R2R process. The Manager will work with internal stakeholders and BPO providers to ensure timely and accurate period-end close while supporting transformation initiatives, including Blackline adoption.

This position reports to the Director of Consumer Insights and will play a pivotal role in developing a deep understanding of consumer trends and media audiences’ perceptions and attitudes towards Versant portfolio brands. By leveraging a wide array of quantitative and qualitative primary research methods along with syndicated data, the Versant Media Consumer Insights team supports a broad range of internal stakeholders – including company leaders, marketing, editorial, and business development – to help them shape, evolve, and grow our media businesses for the future.

Role Summary: The Manager, Marketing will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is responsible for driving the long-range product strategy, brand management, and key marketing efforts across a portfolio of games based on Universal’s top franchises. This position will report directly to the Senior Director, Marketing & Community. This is a 360° production role that facilitates the creation and delivery of a wide variety of campaign creative materials. The Project Manager is a key connector across all internal teams and vendors, who ensures budget and timeline goals are met.

Key Responsibilities & Duties: Plan and lead complex projects across multi-disciplinary teams working in close collaboration with teams across Hayu, Networks & DTC. Ensure management of scope is clearly defined in collaboration with relevant project stakeholders. Manage project schedules, resource allocation plans, project risks and issues, escalating any threats or opportunities to key stakeholders in a timely manner. Able to identify and work with Management on prioritization of critical project outcomes.
