NBCUniversal is looking for an On-Air Scheduling Coordinator who is responsible for maintaining the on-air play-out schedules for the on-air operation. The coordinator serves as a direct point of contact between on-air operations, commercial operations, and program operations to ensure that playlists are scheduled properly for air.

The Administrative Assistant is a full-time position in NBCUniversal's Workplace Operations organization and provides administrative support to the Vice President in LA as well as remotely in Texas. The ideal candidate for this position has exemplary planning and time management skills and can organize and manage calendars, keeping scheduling operations running smoothly and efficiently. This individual will also be instrumental in helping to develop and manage team and site engagement activities.

The Business Analyst for Digital Ad Sales Technology is responsible for NBCU’s Digital Ad Sales Video ad serving systems and support, parenting closely with our Digital Ad Sales Product, Engineering, Planning, Strategy, and Operations teams. Liaison between the Ad Sales business users and technology organization, providing consistent and frequent updates to users on progress and resolution of requests, defects and enhancements. Responsibilities: Maintain a strong relationship with the user base, ensuring customer satisfaction during all interactions.

The Salesforce Product Manager is a key contributor on the Studio Distribution Tech Ops team, supporting Salesforce and adjacent platforms used by Global TV Distribution. This role partners with business stakeholders, engineering, vendors, and technical teams to translate business needs into prioritized product enhancements, support roadmap planning, and help drive adoption of new capabilities. The position requires strong Salesforce knowledge, product thinking, business process analysis, and clear communication across business and technical teams.

NBCU has deployed SAP to run financial, logistics, and HR processes. SAP BPC is deployed to run the planning processes at an enterprise and division level. NBCU currently has 16 BPC solutions to support financial planning processes. NBCU is also on a Finance transformation journey that will result in most of the planning solutions moving to SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC). As the Business System Analysis Manager, you will be the bridge between finance strategy and technical execution.
