Job Description: Reporting to the Sr. Director, Retail Development, the Manager, Retail Development will drive opportunities supporting NBCUniversal’s IP within select categories across the Toys & Hardlines categories at Target and Amazon. The Manager will collaborate internally with Category, Franchise Strategy, Product Development and Retail Marketing teams to develop, pitch, secure, and implement merchandise programs.

1. Operational Support Assist the France and Benelux Fashion & Living (F&L) and Food, Beauty & Care (FBC) Senior Category Manager with daily operations related to categories and retail, including meeting coordination and presentation preparation. 2. Market Research and Analysis Support in market and trend research, monitoring key partners' and competitors' marketing activities, and tracking industry innovations. 3. Reporting into the Director Commercial – Agent Markets SEAI, the Franchise and Retail Marketing Intern for Southeast Asia and India (SEAI) will support our licensees, retailers and agent activities across the region.

Reporting into the Senior Manager Franchise and Retail Marketing, the Franchise and Retail Marketing Intern will support our licensees and retailers’ activitiesacross our Consumer Products lines. This intern work alongside the Commercial Intern across Australia and New Zealand.
