Reporting to the Vice President, Retail Development, the Director, Retail Development will identify and drive opportunities supporting NBCUniversal brands within the Fashion-Home-Beauty-Care lines of business at Target and Amazon.

The Associate Manager, Toys will be responsible for managing specific segments of the Dolls / Core Toys business for North America by managing licensee partnership, streamlining approval and contract processes, financial analysis, and new business development to contribute to the overall team objectives and drive revenue. The Manager role reports into the Senior Manager, Retail Development strategizing, developing, pitching, securing, and implementing merchandise and marketing programs that deliver incremental product placement at retail.
