Responsibilities: CNBC Digital is looking for an experienced editor to work with the Senior Editor helping to manage the technology-news team. The ideal candidate will know the industry inside and out, from Apple to AI to VCs. Some understanding of how media and entertainment are playing a role with the big tech companies would be useful. The ideal candidate will know how to direct coverage of Apple, Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Meta, and other mega-cap tech companies. They will help reporters develop sources and understand the stories they should be covering.

OVERVIEW The Deputy Managing Editor, International will lead the digital editorial team in APAC, shaping news and features coverage, acting as deputy to the Managing Editor on decision-making for International Digital, and updating the global site with fresh content on a real-time basis. The role is based in Singapore, and reports to the Managing Editor, CNBC International Digital based in London.

Field Producer, CNBC The Field Producer brainstorms and pitches ideas, researches topics and works closely with reporter(s) to advance stories, break news and produce segments both in studio and in the field. What you’ll do: Working both independently and with reporters/anchors to produce original business news content, primarily for broadcast and additionally for digital and social. Production responsibilities may include research, conducting interviews, writing and editing, field producing and overseeing editing.

What you'll do: At CNBC, Booking Producers work within a show unit to pitch ideas as well as book guests for a live show. Responsibilities could include, but are not limited to: Find and book compelling guests for the show, following booking protocols. Maintain planning editorial calendar with important upcoming news events and book relevant guests in advance Book guests for breaking news events (this may include early morning or after-hours outreach) Implement work with guidance from Senior and Executive Producer.

Having a clear understanding of CNBC’s editorial and programming priorities, the Senior Correspondent is an experienced writer who can grasp written nuance and context, and apply knowledge and expertise to specific story topics.
