The ideal candidate will know the industry inside and out, from Apple to AI to VCs. Some understanding of how media and entertainment are playing a role with the big tech companies would be useful. The ideal candidate will know how to direct coverage of Apple, Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Meta, and other mega-cap tech companies. They will help reporters develop sources and understand the stories they should be covering.
