They will also be responsible for developing and writing multiple feature stories a year on big trends in investing and economics. Candidates must be self-motivated with a passion for writing about Wall Street, investing and markets.

CNBC is seeking an experienced reporter to cover the tech companies, startups and inventors at the center of the AI boom. Based in San Francisco or Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey, you will be responsible for producing original stories on the most important technology trend of the moment, while also covering breaking news, such as big financing rounds, C-suite shakeups and acquisitions. You also may be asked to work on or lead ambitious projects with a group of other reporters and editors.
