Responsibilities of the receptionist will be to handle all administrative duties for the program, including, but not limited to: Answer phones and take messages. Sort and deliver mail and packages. Greet guests and visitors. Escort/register as necessary. Restock office supplies. Maintain Staff Data and contacts. Works with the staff on additional project-based duties. Stay current on pop culture and entertainment news stories. Willing to float to alternative desks as needed. Complete expense reports in a timely manner.
