POSITION SUMMARY Contributes to technical management, inclusive of budget and schedule, for an attraction or attractions under an area of responsibility. Responsible for supporting the successful specification, bid/award, design, production, installation, and acceptance testing of Ride and/or Show systems, to include Set/Scenic, or Props. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES   Provides engineering technical (calculation, design, drafting, research) assistance to the Ride/Show teams in support of scenic scopes of work.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES   Manages in-field installation, test and adjustment of scenic systems to ensure compliance with contract specifications.

SUMMARY Partners with assigned client groups to maximize the alignment of human resource capital with the business objectives. Provides guidance in employee relations issues, leadership/staff development and performance management. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES Provides guidance and direction to senior management team of assigned areas on all matters related to employee relations, to ensure fair and consistent enforcement of policies and practices. Ensures legal compliance and understanding of policies and processes.
