Manager, Talent Strategy & Development- NBC News Group

The Manager of Talent Strategy & Development will support NBCUniversal News Group’s efforts to grow and retain top on-air talent across platforms. Working closely with senior leaders and cross-functional partners, this role will help execute key talent initiatives and provide operational support in identifying, tracking, and developing on-air talent in a rapidly evolving media environment. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of news content and programming across both digital and linear platforms, and a keen eye for identifying emerging talent.
