Reporting to the Promotions Manager, the Promotions Trainee is the person in charge of carrying out the day to day of the promotions area, she is the go-to person for all promotion’s activities on a daily basis. Along with the Promotions Coordinator she is responsible of designing a promotions strategy for every release. She will be responsible of make the plan happen optimally in terms of times, quality and budget. Duties and responsibilities: Coordination of creative materials and communication guidelines for promotions with third parties.

You will provide comprehensive administrative and coordination support to Mexico´s MD & Latin America Vice President. Your daily responsibilities include: Manage efficiently the calendar of the MD´s appointments. Provide a "gatekeeper" role for all the direct reports and areas, maximizing the MD´s time. Plan, coordinate and ensure the MD´s schedule is followed and respected. Arrangement of detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas. Completing expenses reports in CONCUR.

Implement and ensure the effective and efficient execution of the Distribution strategies and plans determined by the Regional Office across 13 offices in Latin America. A Regional Distribution Coordinator must help with the numerical analysis and database management for films in Latin America. Developing and managing several databases.
