Associate Producer/ Editor - NBC Sports Philadelphia

NBC Sports Philadelphia is seeking an Editor/Associate Producer to create, edit and write compelling content for multiple studio programs. The emphasis on this position will focus on editing for the content team. You will need to understand priorities, make quick decisions, communicate across multiple groups and work under tight deadlines to deliver edited/produced video in a variety of manners. Job Responsibilities: Edit highlights, sound, analyst breakdowns, packages and entire shows using iNEWS and Avid Media Composer, as well as utilizing Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop and Piero Write, segment & show produce on various programs, providing innovative ideas for analyst breakdowns & entertaining segments As scheduled produce show and sports segments for both NBC Sports Philadelphia programs and NBC10 sports segments Understanding how to work in a control room environment, including segmenting out live and taped programming Knowledge of how to build graphics/banners/full screens in iNEWS Conduct interviews, research & write stories/highlights Provide relevant & innovative feature story ideas Ability to work in a fast-paced sports production environment Ability to work effectively under deadline Other duties as assigned
