Live Events Operations Coordinator - NBC Sports, Philadelphia

Responsibilities Support the planning and execution of over 300 live sporting events annually Assist with remote production logistics, including scheduling crew, coordinating onsite facilities, transmission needs, and preparing/distributing production paperwork Provide onsite support to the Live Events production team and technical crew as needed Maintain and track inventory of Live Events equipment Assist with budget-related activities, including tracking expenses, supporting monthly forecasting, payroll coordination, and invoice processing Partner with cross-functional teams to support production workflows and execution of departmental initiatives Support the integration and adoption of new production technologies and tools Help coordinate with external vendors and production partners Stay informed on evolving production practices and workflows to support team execution
