Job Description We are seeking a Director to join our creative production operations team at Fort Worth, Texas working in our state-of-the-art facility supporting KXAS/KXTX. Job Responsibilities Direct and operate various live and/or recorded television productions in a bilingual environment using the Ross Overdrive Automated Production Control system. Code and execute newscasts using production automation; build master rundown patterns for all television broadcasts. Work closely with editorial and production personnel from concept to final production. Shape the creative appearance of broadcasts using video, audio, and graphics effects. Give direction and timing cues to talent and other technicians. Operate automated graphics, audio, camera control, and clip playback servers. Ensure execution aligns with standard operating procedures and best workflows. Responsible for the ultimate technical quality of production. Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues as needed. Submit End of Show reports. Participate in various feedback sessions. All other duties as assigned.
