Researcher/Production Associate, Meet the Press

''Meet the Press with Kristen Welker” is looking for a Researcher/Production Associate with exceptional editorial skills, strong news judgment, a demonstrated expertise in covering politics and policy, as well as strong tape, digital and social skills. Responsibilities: Work with graphic artists and graphics coordinator to conceive, develop and execute graphics Translate political polling to television, with attention to detail Generate and pitch show ideas, program guests and franchise segments Produce political panel Gather sound and assist with ''Meet the Press'' interview elements and spots Produce guest research and write questions for ''Meet the Press'' moderator Shoot and edit stories for digital and social platforms, and elements for broadcast Edit show promos, early release clips and other show franchises Identify top news-making moments for NBC News affiliates Assist with show archiving Edit and socialize breakout clips for social platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, and meetthepress.com Contribute to “Meet the Press” blog Assist with podcast production for ''The Chuck ToddCast'' and other audio projects
