Manager, Strategy & Analytics, NBCU Local Chicago
The Manager, Strategy & Analytics is responsible for strategically looking at data to help make informed decisions driving topics like content, programming, business development and internal communication for the Local Media division. The individual will possess solid personnel management and communication skills, a strong analytical background, and be technically proficient with linear and digital media research software applications. Support station leadership team to define challenges, develop strategy and provide solutions Oversight of Nielsen and ComScore audience data and other syndicated data (Vivvex, Scarborough, Simmons, etc.), including weekly reporting to support local leadership Oversight of maintenance of audience deliveries in Wide Orbit Media Sales including sales inventory, including upcoming programming, historical ratings, and sales estimates Finance support: audience estimates for current and new potential programming Business development support: work closely with sales team and integrated marketing to develop business cases and presentations for potential clients Take raw data and craft a story into visual presentations Manage a direct report
