Marketing Coordinator Regional
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for integrating promotional activities, communication efforts, and marketing strategies to support commercial and consumer initiatives as a primary function, and collaborating with the PR team as a secondary function. This role will support the marketing team by: Regularly distributing marketing assets and promotional materials (graphic, audiovisual, and digital) to Spanish-speaking Latin American clients. Planning, coordinating, and executing special events, promotional actions, and marketing activations across various Latin American territories. Overseeing and coordinating the production of merchandising and POP materials for Mexico and Central American markets. Managing the marketing budget for Mexico and Central America, ensuring efficient use of resources. Controlling and tracking purchase orders and invoices. Monitoring and reporting the performance of promotional actions and marketing campaigns (KPIs such as reach, engagement, sales, or affiliates). Conducting competitive analysis and tracking market trends. Participating in coordination meetings and project updates. Maintaining fluid communication with the regional team and other departments (Programming, Growth Marketing, Distribution, PR, Operations, Brand). Key Responsibilities Execute marketing programs that increase awareness, acquisition, and loyalty for the Universal+ product. Support commercial teams with trainings, screenings, and B2B initiatives for affiliate and ad sales clients. Request, deliver, and monitor ads, key graphic assets, and promotional materials for both trade and consumer initiatives. Collaborate with all marketing areas to ensure affiliate plans are fully integrated with marketing efforts and business goals. Coordinate relationships with third parties such as production companies, vendors, or CRM agencies to successfully implement marketing initiatives. Support the execution of local and pan-regional post-sale activities. Prepare marketing reports and presentations. Coordinate translation of marketing documents for distribution. Maintain close insight into market trends and competitors’ programming and marketing initiatives. Stay informed about local opportunities, venues, key media outlets, and influencers relevant to each channel’s target audience. Manage administrative functions including but not limited to filing, inventory control, meeting scheduling, invoice processing, and budget tracking. Support the marketing team with incoming requests. Identify opportunities and negotiate barter deals, partnerships, and alliances. Provide occasional support to the PR team in implementing local initiatives.
