Freelance DGA Director, NBC4 & T52

We are looking for a DGA Director to join the Operations team in Los Angeles, supporting NBC4 & T52. As a Director, you will be primarily responsible for directing and operating live and recorded television news productions using the Ross Overdrive Automated Production Control system. Job Responsibilities: Work with editorial and production personnel to code and execute newscasts using production automation. Build master rundown patterns for all television broadcasts. Shape overall creative appearance of the broadcasts using video, audio and graphics effects. Give direction and timing cues to talent and other technicians working on broadcasts. Ensure execution in alignment with standard operating procedures. All other duties as assigned. Required onsite. This position is required to be performed full time onsite from an NBCUniversal designated work site.
