Role Summary The Director, Compensation is responsible for the strategic oversight, administration, and governance of the Company's deferred compensation programs. Reporting to the VP, Compensation, this role partners closely with Legal, Payroll, Finance, and external service providers to oversee all aspects of deferred compensation strategy, operations, and compliance.
