Role Summary The Director, Compensation is responsible for the strategic oversight, administration, and governance of the Company's equity compensation programs. Reporting to the VP, Compensation, this role partners closely with Legal, Payroll, Finance, and external service providers to oversee all aspects of equity compensation strategy, operations, and compliance. In addition, this position will contribute to broader Compensation Team initiatives and projects, partnering across a wide range of compensation programs, processes, and strategic priorities throughout the organization.
