Primary role is to provide support to show’s Film Producer. Assist in copying and distributing scripts, schedules, and rundowns. Monitor film schedule changes and script rewrites. Work across multiple productions simultaneously. Oversee Producer’s business and personal calendar. Arrange travel bookings and accommodations for Producer, with occasional support for Directors. Collect and submit expense reports. Gift-sending, errands, office organization, supply inventory & more. Collaborate on potential film script breakdowns, identifying essential production elements.

Support the successful execution of large-scale pre-taped productions while balancing multiple projects and competing priorities under tight weekly deadlines. Manage crews, vendors, talent, facilities, equipment, transportation, catering, and other production logistics. Assist with crew onboarding, timecards, invoices, expense tracking, petty cash reconciliation, and other production functions. Coordinate the completion and filing of certificates of insurance (COIs), location agreements, vendor agreements, and permits as required.

“What would you say you do here?” Collaborate and advise on next-generation AI-assisted agentic workflows strategy alongside product owners, developers and creatives. Design and own the architecture for AI-powered frameworks and automation across the entire Studio pipeline and platforms. Define the end-to-end architecture for ingestion, processing, and routing of operational telemetry (metrics, logs, traces). Integrate solutions with popular industry DCC tools. Prototype solutions for high-friction tasks: asset tagging, scene prep, render queue management, shot setup, and versioning.

NBCUniversal Local is seeking a creative, production savvy Producer/Editor for WNBC’s local lifestyle program, New York Live.
