Telemundo Station Group, part of the NBCUniversal Owned Television Stations division of NBCUniversal, is comprised of local television stations in the U.S. and Puerto Rico. Telemundo News Service (TNS,) provides content and coordination for these stations as well as Telemundo Affiliates across the country. PLEASE NOTE: This is a short-term PEP position with an estimated duration of 12 months, unless otherwise amended or terminated as deliverables within this project are completed. Must select stories, understand all the elements and design a newscast that achieves the daily goal.

The Manager of Production Finance is a key leader responsible for overseeing all financial operations that support Olympics & Sports Production. This role owns the full financial lifecycle for assigned productions, including Olympic Games / seasonal sports budgeting and actualization. The Manager provides direct analytical and operational support to the Sr Director, Finance, and partners closely with Production, Operations and Scheduling ensuring financial transparency and accuracy, operational efficiency, and alignment with organizational goals.

As a member of the NBC Sports Communications Department, the Senior Publicist, Communications is responsible for working with the team to generate strategic publicity plans, execute media opportunities, and support day-to-day publicity needs across the NBC Sports portfolio. The senior publicist will also be on-site, as needed, to support coverage at major events. The role calls for division- and company-wide collaboration, requiring work with NBC Sports’ production, programming, and marketing departments as well as other communications departments within Comcast NBCUniversal.

NBCU Local is the division of NBCUniversal that includes 11 local NBC television stations, 28 local Telemundo stations, 3 Regional Sports Networks and their digital channels and websites, as well as a group of out-of-home properties and a production company.

Role Purpose: The Sr. Counsel, Intellectual Property will serve as the primary point of contact for all IP matters for an innovative new initiative at NBCUniversal. This role requires a strong background advising on complex technology-related IP matters and transactions, fluency across a broad range of IP issues, and the ability to work collaboratively with legal, engineering, business, and other NBCUniversal teams to support the rapid development and growth of the business.

Prepares and directs live and recorded content utilizing the Ross Overdrive automated production control system & Dalet Newsroom Computer system Ownership of show. Make quick calls in different situations and find workarounds in the event of failures. Builds master rundown patterns for all shows. Works in conjunction with editorial and production personnel to create and execute newscasts and all content utilizing an automated production control system Code rundowns for shows. Shape overall creative appearance of the content using imaginative video, audio and graphics effects.

Responsibilities: “What would you say you do here?” Maintain creative integrity of film throughout the production and post production processes. Supervise and participate in scratch, production and ADR dialogue recording sessions. Cut and/or supervise the cutting of temp SFX and Music for the story reel. Primary point of contact with Technical Directors in production. Participate in final mix and temp mixes. Supervise quality standards of all work done at audio houses and other post houses.
