Assist attorneys for Universal Destinations & Experiences with review of a wide range of marketing and advertising collateral across all channels, including marketing toolkits, press releases, websites, mobile applications, and social media content to ensure compliance with FTC and marketing laws, trademarks, rights of privacy/rights of publicity, intellectual property license agreements, and corporate guidelines. Review scripts and storyboards for social media, radio and television commercials.

Role Purpose: The Counsel/Sr. Counsel, Intellectual Property within the Brands and Content IP team will provide strategic legal guidance and oversight on IP issues arising from content production, brand development and global expansion initiatives. The Application Engineer role is to implement and maintain vendor provided ticketing software applications across all Parks. This includes installation and implementation as well as troubleshooting while providing day-to-day support to existing software applications. The Application Engineer will set up and maintain system administration and configuration of software systems. Provide day-to-day application support on software systems at all Parks Technology locations. This includes after hours, weekends and on-call support.

Provides essential structure and support to the Entertainment AV team with daily operations and projects of various scale, including daily park entertainment, marquee events, placemaking efforts, and special projects. For each, works with the team on driving the production process forward with an emphasis on organizational skills, documentation, and communication. Essential Functions Provide daily supervision of the duties, priorities, and workflows of Entertainment Audio/Video group, including Entertainment Technical Services (ETS) sub-group.

The Supervisor, Entertainment Costume Operations is responsible assisting the Entertainment Costume Operations Manager with the daily supervisory leadership of the front line employees with a key focus on the daily operation of the Entertainment Costume Department. Oversee the daily operations of the Costume Areas; including monitoring staff and ensuring that all standard operating procedures are maintained. Coach, monitor and track the hourly staff’s work processes. Instruct and monitor costume staff in required daily techniques and procedures.

The Manager of Accessibility Compliance oversees Guest access to goods and services across the Theme Park and CityWalk, ensuring compliance with current and emerging California Building Code (CBC) and federal Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements. This role also serves as an advocate for equitable access and equal facilitation for both Guests and Team Members.
