The Technology Experience (TechEx) Analyst role is an exciting opportunity to be a part of the NBCU Global Support Team. The role is based at our NBCUniversal New York, 30 Rock location. The role is 1st/2nd line desk-side support position with a break/fix focus. It demands a high level of customer service to ensure that customer satisfaction targets are both maintained and exceeded. This is a technical role, requiring advanced knowledge of the core Microsoft O365 products, as well as experience with laptop/desktop/Mac and mobile device fixes.

We are seeking a Senior Cyber Incident Response Engineer to design, automate, integrate, and continuously improve the technical systems, workflows, and tooling used to detect, investigate, contain, and recover from cybersecurity incidents. This role combines hands-on response engineering with incident readiness and operational improvement, helping ensure responders have the automation, telemetry, access, and processes needed to act quickly and effectively.

ROLE SUMMARY & RESPONSIBILITIES The Senior Analyst role is a key role within Enterprise IT Operations, reporting directly to the Sr. Manager of Hub Sites. This position builds on core deskside and support capabilities, expanding the analyst's scope to include operational responsibilities that enhance end-to-end service delivery. We are looking for a Senior Systems Engineer, focusing on projects, to join the Technology team in Washington DC, supporting NBC4 and Telemundo Local 44. In addition, it includes project management that will help ensure structure, implementation, and follow up on all project specific initiatives.

NBCUniversal’s Cyber Threat Operations team is responsible for providing cyber threat intelligence, event monitoring, response, and threat hunting for all areas of NBCUniversal in a highly collaborative, fast paced, and agile fashion. As a member of the Cyber Response team, a candidate can expect to utilize their technical expertise to assess, contain, and remediate cyber threats. The Sr Incident Responder is also an escalation point for security alerts from the security event analysts, and a candidate would be expected to mentor and share knowledge with others in the organization.

The Business Analyst for Digital Ad Sales Technology is responsible for NBCU’s Digital Ad Sales Video ad serving systems and support, parenting closely with our Digital Ad Sales Product, Engineering, Planning, Strategy, and Operations teams. Liaison between the Ad Sales business users and technology organization, providing consistent and frequent updates to users on progress and resolution of requests, defects and enhancements. Responsibilities: Maintain a strong relationship with the user base, ensuring customer satisfaction during all interactions.

The Team As part of NBCUniversal’s ambition to drive digital transformation, we see that many manual activities can be automated with intelligent technologies, which resulted in the creation of a centre of excellence based in Amsterdam called the” Virtual Workforce” (“VWF”). We use Hyperautomation to automate financial processes, using different technologies like Generative AI, Machine Learning, RPA etc. Besides, we also use low-code automation to automate workflows. The VWF team is growing rapidly, and therefore, the VWF is looking for a new Solution Architect to further expand the team.
