We are looking for a Staff Cyber Security Engineer to be part of our NBCU Security Architecture team, focused on emerging technologies including AI. This Staff Cyber Security Engineer will partner with the various NBCUniversal businesses, enterprise IT, and Cyber Security organization to ensure technology is designed and deployed securely and aligned with Cyber Security and enterprise technology strategies. This individual will function as a security subject matter expert with broad knowledge across various domains, embedded with engineering teams delivering solutions for NBCUniversal.

This leader shapes, manages, and evolves NBCUniversal’s security governance framework and technical approach. This role requires a unique blend of deep policy and governance framework understanding, and the creative adaptability to work across dynamic environments, building security processes where needed.

The Cyber Security Manager is a critical member of the NBC Universal Cyber Security organization, responsible for executing and contributing to the Cyber Security strategy and overseeing operational engagement with key leaders across Studios, Film, Television (Episodic), Operations & Technology, Media Services, and enterprise-wide business solution teams.

“What would you say you do here?” Provide video conferencing technical support. Investigate and raise issues to senior team members when needed. Serve as on-site technical support for cross-site, or executive presentations and events. Setup and operate audio-visual equipment including but not limited to speakers, microphones, wireless microphones, mixing boards, amplifiers, projectors, video cameras, computers, and laptops. Coordinate/perform preventive maintenance room checks.

Performs software installation deskside and using remote tools. Assists with organization and cabling of technology equipment, computer setups. Conducts daily physical inventory of assets and updates to the Asset tracking Database. Ensures assets are tracked and cataloged. Provides incremental daily ticket updates of ongoing work.
