ROLE SUMMARY & RESPONSIBILITIES The Senior Analyst role is a key role within Enterprise IT Operations, reporting directly to the Sr. Manager of Hub Sites. This position builds on core deskside and support capabilities, expanding the analyst's scope to include operational responsibilities that enhance end-to-end service delivery. The Senior Analyst will be equipped with increased access to systems and tools to directly carry out transactional tasks that were previously routed through engineering teams.
We are looking for a Senior Systems Engineer, focusing on projects, to join the Technology team in Washington DC, supporting NBC4 and Telemundo Local 44. As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will have multi-focused responsibilities such as implementing and supporting technology and users within our mission critical, media production and enterprise IT environment. In addition, it includes project management that will help ensure structure, implementation, and follow up on all project specific initiatives.
