The Manager, Ride/Show Engineering provides technical management, inclusive of budget and schedule, for an attraction or attractions under an area of responsibility. Responsible for the successful specification, bid/award, design, production, shipping & logistics, installation, and acceptance testing of Ride and/or Show systems, with emphasis on Show Action Equipment (SAE), including mechanical show systems, animated figures, and special effects equipment and/or systems.

Responsibilities: Responsible for receiving all food and beverage to warehouse. Responsible for shipping, stocking, and rotation of food product to the venues. Maintains facility in a clean and organized manner at all times. Stores product according to established standards. Assists in responsibility for the control of all inventories within the warehouse.

The Assistant General Manager will be responsible for directing, managing and successfully opening and operating a high volume branded concept on CityWalk. The Assistant General Manager will oversee and coordinate the planning, organizing, training and leadership necessary to achieve stated objectives in sales, costs, team member retention, guest service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness and sanitation. Drive operating profit goals and sales. Optimize profits by controlling food, beverage and labor costs. Consistently achieve operational excellence.
