The Sous Chef – Vivo Italian Kitchen, will be responsible for directing, managing and successfully operating a high volume branded concept on CityWalk. As Sous Chef, the position will be a primary “go-to” for the kitchen team and responsible for the functions and flow of the back of the house. You will be leading a large diverse workforce of facility pro’s along with major facility IWMS systems, critical systems monitoring, service center, MRO and extensive maintenance and repair programs across approximately 5M square feet of office and studio facilities.
