In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of Engineers and support staff on the efficient operation, maintenance and repair of building envelopes, systems, equipment, infrastructure and grounds for both low and high rise buildings. You will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, coordinate all maintenance activities, manage vendor relationships, and collaborate with contractors to ensure the facility operates efficiently, remains safe and is compliant with all regulations.

The Engineering Supervisor will work closely with the Manager of Facilities Engineer and provide supervision of the Engineering team at both low and high-rise buildings. This includes the efficient operation, oversight and upkeep of the central plants, the installation, maintenance and repair of mechanical equipment, controls, plumbing and electrical systems, building envelopes, and grounds.
