Role Purpose: This role is part of the Content Protection team, which consists of Legal and Public Policy professionals dedicated to safeguarding NBCUniversal's films, television programs, sports, and other content against commercial scale copyright infringement. This position will serve as a key legal advisor within NBCU’s copyright enforcement program and provide legal guidance and support for industry initiatives and enforcement actions. The role will report directly to the Senior Counsel, Content Protection.

Role Purpose: Reporting to the Senior Director, Global Legal Operations & Innovation, the E-Billing Coordinator supports the day-to-day financial operations of the Legal Department with a focus on external legal spend, reporting, and analysis. The team works with internal business units and enterprise clients to develop data collection and processing strategies that align with both global legal requirements and business goals. We are seeking a candidate to coordinate with the Privacy lawyers and collaborate with clients across NBCUniversal’s portfolio of companies, including marketing, advertising, product and technology, operations, HR, and film and TV productions.

Key Responsibilities Production Development/production work: Providing business affairs advice on all aspects of scripted drama and anime developments and productions. Negotiating, drafting and advising on a full range of development and production agreements including in relation to writers, onscreen talent, other key production personnel etc. Ensuring that all production activities are in full compliance with applicable laws and regulations in all territories and with the company's compliance policies and best practice procedures.
