Role Purpose: This Counsel position resides within the IP Analysis & Insights team, which is responsible for advising NBCUniversal divisions worldwide regarding rights and other intellectual property issues that arise across all phases of its business.

Role Purpose: The NBCUniversal Music Business & Legal Affairs team oversees music matters across all NBCUniversal businesses, including Filmed Entertainment, Media, Sports, News and Destinations & Experiences. The Manager, Music Rights will be responsible for managing the operations and administrative services related to comprehensive music clearance and licensing functions for NBCUniversal. This includes television programming across Universal Television Entertainment, encompassing Universal Studios Group (USG), NBC Entertainment, Bravo and Peacock.

Our legal team in APAC is looking for a Legal & Business Affairs Coordinator, to be based in its Singapore office and working part-time 3 to 3.5 days per week, to support a dynamic and experienced legal team who working in APAC and in our London offices on a wide range of legal and business affairs matters, including channel and content service arrangements, program acquisition, general service arrangements, marketing and production activities and general corporate and regulatory support.

Assist attorneys for Universal Destinations & Experiences with review of a wide range of marketing and advertising collateral across all channels, including marketing toolkits, press releases, websites, mobile applications, and social media content to ensure compliance with FTC and marketing laws, trademarks, rights of privacy/rights of publicity, intellectual property license agreements, and corporate guidelines. Review scripts and storyboards for social media, radio and television commercials.

JOB SUMMARY Assists Contracts Administrators and other legal team members with contract drafts, reviews and all areas of contracting process. Processes JCT/NEC contracts and related documents to ensure accuracy for operational/project teams in accordance with the contracts policies and procedures and all applicable Universal Creative Systems. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (% of time) As directed by Sr. Contracts Administrator and Manager, reviews and drafts scopes of work and related contract documents and compiles and routes contract documents for internal and external approvals and execution.

Role Purpose: This role is part of the Content Protection team, which consists of Legal and Public Policy professionals dedicated to safeguarding NBCUniversal's films, television programs, sports, and other content against commercial scale copyright infringement. This position will serve as a key legal advisor within NBCU’s copyright enforcement program and provide legal guidance and support for industry initiatives and enforcement actions. The role will report directly to the Senior Counsel, Content Protection.

Role Purpose: Reporting to the Senior Director, Global Legal Operations & Innovation, the E-Billing Coordinator supports the day-to-day financial operations of the Legal Department with a focus on external legal spend, reporting, and analysis. The role serves as a primary liaison between outside counsel, Finance, and internal stakeholders across NBCU’s US and international offices, combining strong interpersonal skills with quantitative expertise to manage, audit, and optimize legal billing processes.

Role Purpose: NBCUniversal seeks a bright and capable Counsel or Senior Counsel, Employment Law to provide strategic and practical legal counsel to the Company’s Human Resources professionals and business executives.

The Director of Legal and Business Affairs, Universal Destinations and Experiences (UDX) is responsible for managing legal aspects of UK and international commercial matters, such as drafting and negotiating complex commercial and real estate agreements, corporate transactions, and providing advice and guidance for operations and management. The Director of Legal and Business Affairs is also responsible for overseeing compliance with planning and development approvals and agreements with the UK Government and third parties. This position includes managing outside counsel and consultants.
