Role Purpose NBCUniversal is looking for a Paralegal to support the Privacy Legal team. The team works with internal business units and enterprise clients to develop data collection and processing strategies that align with both global legal requirements and business goals. We are seeking a candidate to coordinate with the Privacy lawyers and collaborate with clients across NBCUniversal’s portfolio of companies, including marketing, advertising, product and technology, operations, HR, and film and TV productions.

Our Business The Associate Counsel, Business & Legal Affairs is part of the Global Distribution business & legal affairs team responsible for providing support to both Universal Pictures Home Entertainment’s (UPHE) global home entertainment business, covering digital and physical transactional distribution, and to NBCUniversal Global Distribution’s television and new media distribution business. The Manager – Contract Management is a key member of the Universal Products & Experiences (UP&E) team, responsible for overseeing the contract lifecycle across specific territories and/or product categories. The Legal Records Clerk (LRC) is responsible for identifying, classifying, and storing electronic and physical paper records. The LRC must also retrieve records for use by attorneys and researchers at NBC/Universal. The Legal Records Management Department observes a strict process of privacy and data protection of our organization’s records which the LRC must adhere to. The LRC must identify and transfer (via pdf) legal contracts to the Electronic Legal Filing system which can then be accessed by approved users.
