Role Purpose: NBCUniversal is seeking a Contracts Specialist to join the legal team that supports all aspects of original unscripted content production and licensing for NBC, Peacock, and Bravo and Universal Television Alternative Studio (UTAS). Working closely with the attorneys and administrative staff, the contracts specialist will provide support and assistance to the group’s legal counsel on a wide range of matters relating to the drafting, negotiation and oversight of production services, license and indemnity agreements, insurance, talent contracts, and production policies.
