The Associate Counsel of Business & Legal Affairs position is an attorney position and will be responsible for supporting the Sr. Counsel – Business & Legal Affairs of Telemundo Network and other attorneys in the department focusing on corporate transactions. Responsibilities: Under supervision of a senior attorney, draft, review, negotiate, and interpret an extensive range of agreements, including, but not limited to, sponsorship, collaboration, donations, influencers, technology, services, and procurement-related agreements.

Reporting to the Director, Contract Operations, this position helps coordinate the contract lifecycle across assigned territories and/or product categories, ensuring licensing agreements are accurately processed, executed, and maintained from deal memo through revenue recognition.

The Analyst, Privacy position is part of the Legal Privacy team that reviews and provides guidance based on business requests for the collection and use of personal data in compliance with global privacy regulations. In this position, you will support the development and maintenance of NBCUniversal’s Legal Privacy program.

Role Purpose: The Counsel, Corporate Legal Affairs will provide legal support across a broad range of software and technology licensing, professional services, confidentiality, and related commercial transactions for NBCUniversal, with a focus on corporate operations, information technology, human resources, and other enterprise functions. This role will serve as a practical and solutions-oriented legal partner to internal stakeholders, advising on contract terms, risk allocation, and related legal issues while helping to advance business objectives.

Role Purpose: The Counsel, Intellectual Property position within the Copyright & Trademark team will provide strategic legal guidance and oversight on IP issues arising from content production, brand development, and global expansion initiatives. This role will have a particular focus on supporting Universal Destinations & Experiences, including consumer products-related matters. They will serve as a key advisor to senior business leaders and collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to protect and enhance NBCUniversal’s IP assets worldwide.

NBCUniversal is seeking a Manager, Corporate Legal Affairs (Corporate Secretary) to support corporate governance, legal entity management, and compliance for its U.S. and Canadian subsidiaries. This role sits within a high-impact Corporate Secretary team that serves as the central resource for legal entity formation, governance, and compliance across NBCUniversal’s global portfolio of businesses.

Reporting to the SVP, Legal, AI Innovation & Legal Operations, the Director owns the operating strategy, roadmap and execution for the Legal Department’s financial management, outside counsel and external-provider management, e-billing and related governance, within the broader strategy, priorities and resource parameters established by the SVP.

This position will provide legal support for a wide variety of commercial transactions with a focus on software, artificial intelligence, and other technology and business counseling matters for the Global Streaming businesses including Peacock and international projects powered by the Peacock platform. This role will report to the division’s Vice President.
