Role Purpose: The IP Operations team within NBCUniversal’s Intellectual Property Analytics, Operations, and Technology (IPAOT) department is seeking an Analyst to support the protection and enforcement of NBCUniversal’s intellectual property rights across digital platforms, with a primary focus on Generative AI-related enforcement. This role will help monitor, investigate, and address unauthorized uses of NBCUniversal content, brands, characters, trademarks, and other intellectual property across Generative AI platforms, tools, services, and related digital ecosystems.

The Counsel, Legal Affairs will be part of a team responsible for negotiating and drafting acquisition, development, and production agreements, which includes agreements for talent, on behalf of Universal Pictures.

The NBCUniversal State & Local Government Affairs team develops and executes advocacy strategies that advance NBCUniversal’s business priorities and protect the company’s operations at the state and local levels. The team engages directly with state and local elected officials and manages relationships with trade associations and other third-party organizations to build support for NBCUniversal’s public policy agenda.
