Role Summary: This is an exciting & challenging opportunity to provide HR for HR support to our team members at Universal Destinations & Experiences, as well as help support the broader HR community at NBCUniversal. Role Purpose: The Contracts Specialist resides in the Intellectual Property (IP) Innovation, Technology, and Policy team, which provides strategic legal and policy counsel to NBCUniversal divisions worldwide on disruptive technologies, and negotiates transactions that leverage AI and other new technologies. Working closely with the team’s lawyers and administrative staff, the Contracts Specialist will support a wide range of matters relating to the drafting, negotiation, and oversight of agreements, including NDAs, AI-related agreements, IP licenses, and similar contracts.

The Senior Financial Analyst based in London is part of the Global Close & Consolidation team. This position has a highly visible role within NBCU’s Controllership Group and requires interaction and relationship management with a number of high impact stakeholders. This position will be responsible for providing support and assistance for all close and consolidation aspects of the close cycles for various NBCU Business Units (Theatrical, Home Entertainment, Channels, Television Production).

Role Purpose: The Senior Financial Analyst (SFA) of Corporate FP&A Cash Planning and Analysis is a critical role on the Corporate FP&A team. Reporting to the VP of FP&A, this role provides the unique opportunity to obtain an in-depth view and understanding of the full company’s cash flow and balance sheet.
