JOB DESCRIPTION An exciting opportunity to join the Theatrical Dubbing Team within Universal Pictures International. This role is a fixed‑term position to cover maternity leave. The team sits within the Theatrical Operations Department and covers dubbing worldwide for Universal Pictures International, Focus Features, DreamWorks, and Illumination Entertainment. The Junior Dubbing Manager will work with our vendors, downstream teams, and international theatrical teams to schedule and process our theatrical releases.

You will be responsible for proactively managing and driving specific markets, categories and operational efficiencies within the agent hub. The role will involve managing business across agent-based markets with responsibilities aligned to strategic pillars and budget targets. As part of the Universal Consumer Products team, this is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic category function. Supporting the EMEA Senior Director of Fashion & Living, (F&L) and Food, Beauty & Care, (FBC) you will play a key role in the effective management of the EMEA business. Acting as a central point of coordination, you will enable seamless day-to-day operations, foster strong cross-team communication, and support effective performance monitoring.

Responsible for on-site delivery and implementation of the UDX Construction Safety Program, including contractor/supplier safety performance, pre-construction coordination, site inspections/audits and technical safety guidance. Acts as the primary interface between HSE, Project Teams and Principal Contractors to ensure construction activities are planned and executed safely in accordance with UK Construction (Design and Management) Regulations (CDM) and Universal standards.

Leads the implementation and oversight of Environmental programs across the UK project development, ensuring compliance with UK environmental legislation and alignment with Universal standards. Oversees environmental requirements across all project phases, with an initial focus on contractor and supply chain performance to ensure effective implementation of environmental controls, standards, and permit conditions.

JOB SUMMARY The Coordinator, Technical is primarily responsible for preparing and managing all overall Ride/Show Engineering project correspondence as well as the overall administrative/document controls functions that are critical to the development of large multi-faceted themed attractions and ensuring these are completed in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Job Summary Responsible for the day-to-day management and execution of security operations across Universal Destinations & Experiences (UDX), including uniformed security, and contract security. Provides leadership across all shifts, ensuring a safe and secure environment for guests, team members, and company assets. Supports the implementation of security strategies aligned with UDX global standards and UK regulatory requirements.

Job Summary Responsible for the management and delivery of Emergency Planning, Incident Response, and Business Continuity programs across the resort. Leads day-to-day emergency management operations, including coordination of incident response, training, and preparedness activities. Ensure operational readiness through effective planning, communication, and collaboration with internal departments and external emergency services.

This 12 Month FTC paralegal role would suit an individual who has experience working in a law firm or in-house legal department and is interested in intellectual property licensing matters and able to work in a fast-paced in-house legal team managing a high volume of contracts, documents and other legal and administrative tasks supporting our Consumer Products business across EMEA and APAC. The role works with several lawyers within the team and the ideal candidate will be a team player, proactive, responsive, detailed-oriented, organised and adaptable.
