Based in London, this senior editorial role will manage a team of reporters, driving agenda-setting journalism that spans breaking news, scoops, and distinctive long-form stories. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead, coach, and inspire a team of reporters covering markets, banks, hedge funds, private equity, and corporate finance within the EMEA region.

JOB SUMMARY The primary function of the Virtual Design & Construction (VDC) Manager is to lead the integration of virtual design and construction technologies to enhance project delivery and collaboration across all stakeholders, ensuring the successful execution of projects through their lifecycle. The VDC Manager, serves as the technical expert for the project team, ensuring that VDC processes are effectively utilised to meet Universal standards and expectations.

POSITION SUMMARY Contributes to technical management, inclusive of budget and schedule, for an attraction or attractions under an area of responsibility. Responsible for supporting the successful specification, bid/award, design, production, installation, and acceptance testing of Ride and/or Show systems, to include Set/Scenic, or Props. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES   Provides engineering technical (calculation, design, drafting, research) assistance to the Ride/Show teams in support of scenic scopes of work.

JOB SUMMARY The Facility Coordinator is primarily responsible for preparing and managing all overall facility project correspondence as well as the overall administrative/document controls functions that are critical to the development of large multi-faceted themed attractions and ensuring these are completed in accordance with established policies and procedures.

This is a commercial and operationally focused role, acting as a finance business partner to the UK & Eire OpCo. That will mean owning all FP&A processes and providing financial support at title, project, and strategic levels. This role will also have responsibility for analysis and insight of Box Office data, working closely with the Finance Director to support distribution strategy.

JOB SUMMARY Responsible for the development and management of all assigned project portfolio related aesthetic, show, guest-experience elements, and master planning. The Assistant Director, Executive Producer works in partnership with the Park Portfolio Team, the Creative Studio to define and ensure compliance with Creative goals and Portfolio objectives; and informs and advises Senior Management on Portfolio / Project status and Issues.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: Development: Drafting option/purchase agreements (and option/quitclaim agreements), option extension letters/amendments, writer agreements, director agreements, producer agreements, copyright assignment agreements, novation agreements, turnaround letters, certificates of engagement, licence agreements, services agreements, publisher’s quitclaims, co-development and co-production agreements and acting agreements.

Reporting to the Finance Director in GolfNow’s International HQ in Belfast, the Senior Financial Accountant will help develop and maintain procedures and processes to effectively accomplish the department’s goals and objectives as the business scales and positions itself as the hub of International operations. They will be a key member of the wider Belfast Finance team, adding real value to the business by providing expertise, information and reports to inform and contribute to strategic decision making.
