Reporting to the Director, eCommerce & Digital Strategy, the Manager will work closely with partners and internal teams to drive performance, scale innovation, and manage emerging eCommerce models aligned to franchise, category, and consumer priorities.

We are seeking a Finance Systems Project Manager to join our London team on a fixed-term contract, supporting the Director, Controllership within the Universal Pictures Content Group. This role is heavily Controllership-focused and will play a critical part in ensuring that accounting, reporting, and control requirements are fully represented during the global SAP S/4 implementation. The position will run until March 2027 (exact duration dependent on start date), with potential for extension subject to project needs.

This role sits within a fast‑moving, growth‑oriented team. Reporting to the Director- Agent Markets, the Assistant Commercial Manager will play a key role in supporting long term commercial growth in both direct and agent led business. Key focus for this role will include: Supporting direct global and regional partners to unlock growth and effectively execute commercial opportunities. Taking the lead on driving localised budget and agent relationships in select markets. Responsibility for streamlining processes and driving operational efficiency across the team.

Contributes to technical management, inclusive of budget and schedule, for an attraction or attractions under an area of responsibility. Responsible for supporting the successful specification, bid/award, design, production, installation, to include Parkwide Network Systems. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES   Provides engineering technical (calculation, design, drafting, research) support to the Ride/Show teams.

Supporting the planning and area development design for the resort roadways and back of house areas, focusing on site planning, placemaking, and soft/hard landscape design solutions. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES Provides area development and landscape specific designs for resort-wide projects, collaborating with in-house teams and external consultants. Contributes to the layout of roadways, parking, hotels, back-of-house facilities, and other resort components.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES   Provides engineering technical (calculation, design, drafting, research) assistance to the Ride/Show teams in support of scenic scopes of work.

POSITION SUMMARY Provides technical management, inclusive of budget and schedule, for an attraction or attractions under an area of responsibility. Responsible for the successful specification, bid/award, design, production, installation, and acceptance testing of Ride and/or Show systems, to include Network Systems. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES   Manages in-field installation, test and adjustment of scenic systems to ensure compliance with contract specifications.

SUMMARY Partners with assigned client groups to maximize the alignment of human resource capital with the business objectives. Provides guidance in employee relations issues, leadership/staff development and performance management.
