JOB SUMMARY The primary function of the Senior Virtual Design & Construction (VDC) Manager aka Senior BIM Manager is to oversee the integration of virtual design and construction technologies to optimise project delivery and foster collaboration across all stakeholders, ensuring the successful efficient execution of projects through their lifecycle. Provides landscape, area development, site specific design, and management for the project themed zones and lands. Directing the design consultant and coordination with in-house support of the project team and additional vendor inputs.

JOB SUMMARY Responsible for the day-to-day management of the Universal contracting process including all forms of agreements, reviews, analyses, contract negotiations and related documents for all facility construction, A&E design, consultant, and similar services using the NEC and JCT library of contracts, other bespoke forms of agreement and templates on behalf of legal that are utilised across the Universal Creative UK Project, including working in conjunction with project teams and other stakeholders.

JOB SUMMARY Manage the planning and area development design for the resort roadways and back of house areas, focusing on site planning, placemaking, and soft/hard landscape design solutions. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES (% of time) Provides area development and landscape specific designs for resort-wide projects, collaborating with in-house teams and external consultants. Contributes to the layout of roadways, parking, hotels, back-of-house facilities, and other resort components.
