Duties and responsibilities: The Finance Assistant reports to the Head of Finance & Operations. The responsibilities are: Invoicing of Producer fees and reconciling with external accountants on participation statements. This is highly sensitive information and good numeracy skills are required for this task. Updating an excel worksheet to be shared with the Head of Finance which is time sensitive in many cases. Managing and capturing the data for recharges to be invoiced to various productions monthly.

This role is a 12-Month Maternity Cover FTC Universal Products & Experiences is seeking a talented, highly collaborative and experienced in-house commercial lawyer to partner with our Consumer Products business across EMEA and APAC. As a member of the Business & Legal Affairs team, you will provide legal support and advice to category and creative teams across our European offices and work collaboratively with other lawyers based in London, Los Angeles and Sydney.

This role is a 12-Month Maternity Cover Fixed Term Contract The Senior Category Manager for Food, Beauty & Care (FBC) will develop and execute strategies to grow the category in UK & Ireland (UKI) market. Leveraging NBCUniversal’s rich entertainment portfolio, this role will identify market opportunities, secure best-in-class licensees, negotiate agreements and deliver innovative, commercially viable product ranges that meet revenue targets. This person will report into Director F&L & FBC UKI.

The Licensing Commercial Manager will drive Universal’s consumer products business across selected agent-based markets in EMEA. This 360-degree role will manage agent-led activity and key global partners, ensuring alignment with regional strategy and budget expectations. Key Responsibilities Partner with the Director, EMEA Agents, to manage external agent teams and deliver locally relevant plans that drive growth across key categories and retail accounts.

The International Workplace team supports over 70 locations across the APAC, EMEA and LATAM regions. Key Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and issue floor plans for all NBCU sites as required using AUTOCAD. Support in developing test fit options for all workplace projects and BAU small works. Analyse and collate occupancy reports for all NBCU sites. Track workplace utilisation, assist with space analysis, space projections to ensure best utilisation of space in our sites. Help develop and implement processes to drive better efficiencies eg; CAFM system, Power BI occupancy reporting.

NBCU has deployed SAP to run financial, logistics, and HR processes. SAP BPC (Business Planning and Consolidation) is deployed to run the planning processes at an enterprise and division level. NBCU currently has 16 BPC solutions to support financial planning processes. NBCU is also on a Finance transformation journey that will result in most of the planning solutions moving to SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC). As the Business System Analysis Manager, you will be the bridge between finance strategy and technical execution.
