NBC News Studios is seeking an experienced contract Audio & Mix Engineer to support the production of audio-first and video podcast programming. This role is responsible for engineering recording sessions, managing technical aspects of studio and remote productions, editing and mixing episodes, and helping maintain the highest standards of audio quality across our portfolio. The position will be primarily dedicated to supporting NBC News’ daily podcast, Here's The Scoop, while also contributing to other podcast productions as needed.

This position is a one-year, part-time, multi-platform Story Producer/Fill-in Producer position. You will be required to write, edit, create and produce news content for broadcast or digital platforms based on daily newsroom needs. Working closely with producers, you will help prepare existing programs for new platforms and audiences through editorial updates, research, and production support.
