The Telemundo Enterprises and LATAM HR Group is looking for an HR Coordinator to join their team. The HR Coordinator will perform a broad range of client support activities including employee interaction, Human Resources administration, and project work. This position is also responsible for interfacing and problem solving with several business partners such as Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Corporate Communications, Finance, Benefits, HR Operations and Corporate Human Resources.

The Director, Human Resources, will provide HR leadership to our Mexico offices which has various divisions in three locations (Coyoacan, Reforma and Remsen). The Director, Human Resources will ensure the smooth running of day-to-day employee processes and serve as the HR business partner to our senior leaders and general employee population. The role will require working closely with the multiple stakeholders to achieve results and genuinely influence change. The success measures for this role are connected to delivery of the people agenda in line with strategic business priorities.
