The HR Coordinator will support the administrative and operational execution of HR processes in Mexico. As part of the Mexico HR team, this role will ensure accurate employee data, timely reporting, effective use of HR systems, payroll input coordination, and consistent execution of HR processes. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, employee changes, leaves of absence, transfers, and offboarding, ensuring accurate documentation and timely system updates.

The HR Coordinator will support and improve our employee life cycle, payroll reports, HR processes and policies, employee relations and Compliance to effectively meet operational and regulatory requirements for NBCU in Mexico, tailored to the unique needs of the TV production industry.
