The Administrative Assistant for the CW Food department is responsible for providing overall administrative support to the CW Food Director and Management team. Manage complex schedules and coordinates meetings with internal and external parties utilizing multiple calendars. Determine importance of meeting requests and schedule accordingly. Handle heavy call volume and acts as back up for the CityWalk Operations administrative assistants as necessary. Perform basic administrative tasks, e.g., photocopying and filing. Maintains proper recordkeeping and filing system for all work.

This position is an entry-level role on the Universal Studios Hollywood CityWalk Shared Services team with targeted responsibility for CityWalk owned and operated Food venues with a wide range of activities supporting areas including Purchasing, Inventory, Menu and Recipe maintenance, Labor scheduling, Daily Reporting. The ideal candidate is a team player and will be successful interacting with teams across Hilltop Operations, Restaurant Management, Finance, Sourcing.

This position is responsible for providing the leadership, direction and resources to effectively supervise physical plant functions, daily departmental operations and special projects in support of Citywalk and Parking Operations. Responsibilities Supervise and standardize the operations and activities of the Maintenance department by allocating and coordinating labor and non-labor resources to ensure maximum efficiency. Responsible for overseeing the day to day maintenance of physical plant assets, equipment, utilities, grounds, and the testing of emergency systems.

The Assistant Manager will be responsible for the daily shift supervision and management support of the venue. The Sous Chef will be responsible for directing, managing and successfully operating a high-volume branded concept on City Walk. As Sous Chef, the position will be a primary “go-to” for the kitchen team and responsible for the functions and flow of the back of the house. The Sous Chef is responsible for ensuring that the food served always meets or exceeds standards of excellence at all times. While this position will report to the Restaurant Chef, this position is responsible for setting the expectations for all kitchen team members to maximize productivity.

This position is responsible for providing the supervisory leadership, direction and resources to effectively manage retail stores, daily departmental operations and special projects in support of the theme park.
