The Front of House (FOH) Manager will be responsible for directing, managing, and successfully opening and operating a high-volume branded concept on City Walk. As FOH Manager, the position will be a primary “go-to” for the FOH team and will be responsible for the functions and flow of the front of the house. The FOH Manager is responsible for ensuring that customer service always meets the standard of excellence.

The Assistant General Manager will be responsible for directing, managing and successfully opening and operating a high volume branded concept on City Walk. The Assistant General Manager will oversee and coordinate the planning, organizing, training and leadership necessary to achieve stated objectives in sales, costs, team member retention, guest service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness and sanitation. Drive operating profit goals and sales. Optimize profits by controlling food, beverage and labor costs. Consistently achieve operational excellence.

The General Manager for NBC Sports Grill- CityWalk Food will be responsible for the overall operation of the venue, including, but not limited to, the efficient and profitable operation of the venue. This position will directly supervise a team of supervisors and managers and operate a high-volume concept in the mixed-use entertainment venue. In the General Manager role, this position will be responsible for the implementation of strategic planning and optimizing restaurant profitability; candidates must also be passionate about quality, cleanliness, and guest service standards.

As a Retail Store Manager, you will lead and oversee the daily operations of retail stores, ensuring the seamless execution of our strategic goals. Your role will involve directing and optimizing store performance, fostering a dynamic team environment, and managing special projects in alignment with the overarching objectives of the theme park and CityWalk. Essential Key Responsibilities: Implement and drive strategic plans to maximize store profitability while upholding high standards of quality, cleanliness, and guest service.

The Assistant Manager, CityWalk Food – Quick Service Restaurants will be responsible for the daily shift supervision and management support of the quick-serve CityWalk venues. This position will work in a fast paced, fun, & quickly growing environment that allows the ability to create and foster a cohesive team while demonstrating organizational, planning, delegation, mentoring and coaching skills. Ensure compliance with all local, state and federal laws regarding food quality, safety, labor, employment, and Company policies and procedures.
