Summary: The Assistant Manager, CityWalk Entertainment, is responsible for the oversight and daily management of the CityWalk Entertainment Department, with a primary focus on atmosphere sound and programming across CityWalk. This role includes full and shared responsibility for the scheduling, programming, and operations of the 5 Towers stage, dependent on the type of event scheduled, encompassing both front-of-house and back-of-house functions. In addition to managing auditions and the selection process for the Street Performer and Seasonal Event Series programming.

The Assistant Manager FOH, CityWalk Food will be responsible for the daily shift supervision and management support of the venue. Work in a fast paced, fun & quickly growing environment that allows you the ability to create and foster a cohesive team while demonstrating organizational, planning, delegation, mentoring and coaching skills. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws regarding food quality, safety, labor, employment, and Company policies and procedures.

The Assistant General Manager will be responsible for directing, managing and successfully opening and operating a high volume branded concept on CityWalk. The Assistant General Manager will oversee and coordinate the planning, organizing, training and leadership necessary to achieve stated objectives in sales, costs, team member retention, guest service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness and sanitation.
