The Assistant Manager, Main Entry Sales is responsible for managing and supervising the day-to-day sales operations of the Main Entry department, including the assigned staff and their communication with guests. Oversees overall front gate operation and Team Members within the Main Entry department with direct oversight of Ticket Booths, In-Park Sales Operations, and Ticket Fulfillment. The Assistant Manager also partners with the Operations Team to support department-wide initiatives and strategies. Responsibilities Include: Uphold our Environmental Health and Safety standards.

This position is very fast paced and will be responsible for supporting the Parking Services Manager by overseeing the guest service standards, team member satisfaction and parking/transportation needs on the hilltop. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for training and development of parking team members and supervisors. Additionally, you will be assisting the manager in the planning and execution of departmental and company policies and procedures established by the company as well as implementing departmental programs focusing on team member & guest satisfaction.

This position coordinates, audits, and facilitates ADA compliance as required by California Building Code, ADA, Universal Parks & Resorts and the Department Of Justice through specific writing, modifying and distribution of documents, training classes, field audits and incident analysis.
