As an Attractions Supervisor, in partnership with the Attractions Manager and Assistant Managers, you will be responsible for the growth and development of the lead team, maintaining strategic, financial and daily operational plans that support overall guest and team member satisfaction of the attraction, as well as acting as On-Duty management coverage. In addition, this role will require working closely with Leads team to establish and maintain a positive environment at a new Attraction.

As an Attractions Assistant Manager, in partnership with the Attractions manager, you will be responsible for the growth and development of salaried Supervisor and lead team, maintaining strategic, financial and daily operational plans that support overall guest and team member satisfaction of the attraction.

The Assistant Manager, Main Entry Operations is responsible for managing and supervising the Main Entry Department. Executes and assists with oversight of operations and Team Members within the Main Entry department which includes, but not limited to Admissions, Guest Ambassadors, Rentals, and Inventory Control. The Assistant Manager also partners with the Sales and Guest Experience team to support their initiatives.

The position is responsible for supporting the Park Services department & overseeing park Team Members. This person will ensure that the Theme Park environment is consistently maintained in a clean, safe & presentable manner while complying with all procedures & regulatory requirements. In addition this person will be responsible for implementing departmental programs focusing on Team Member & Guest Satisfaction. Essential Functions Manages daily operation of Park Services Team Members.
