NBCUniversal’s Finance group has an opening for an experienced Senior Financial Analyst within the West Coast Studio Operations finance team. In this role, you will provide financial analysis and support for capital projects led by the Facilities Division’s Studio Design and Construction Team. What You’ll Do: Review and submit all Facilities projects into the capital system for approval. Partner with operations to process all capital Purchase Orders, applying payments and conducting reconciliation reports between SAP and Purchase Manager system.

Senior Finance Analyst – Technical Operations Responsibilities: An integral part of the Technical Operations Finance team, reporting into the Finance Director, Tech Ops. The Senior Financial Analyst helps manage Tech Finance operations, including, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for Operating/Capital Expense on a gross and net basis. They also help coordinate and report on broader Enterprise Engineering financial performance, including Capital reporting, FP&A consolidation, and ad-hoc financial analysis.

As a key member of the O&T (Operations & Technology) Finance team, the Finance Manager will own the budgeting/LRP (long range plan), forecasting, expense management, headcount, and allocation processes for the Facilities Operations in NY, NJ. This role provides the unique opportunity to gain a solid understanding of NBCU operations through daily exposure/interaction with O&T operational teams as well as the greater NBCU finance organization.
