Director, FP&A
The Director of FP&A will lead O&T’s capital and allocations financial planning and analysis function and serve as the operational finance lead for the Global Security organization. The Director of FP&A will be responsible for the consolidation and analysis of $1B in internal cost allocations and $0.5B in capital expenditure, as well as partnering with finance and operational leads to ensure accurate and complete financial data. The role will report to the Vice President of FP&A. Key Responsibilities: Lead in all aspects of capital and allocation annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, analyzing key metrics and trends, and summarizing for executive level presentations Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data, and provide regular reporting and analysis on capital and allocations performance, variances, and trends Lead monthly capital and allocation updates with NBCU business CFO’s and senior finance team Partner across our Global Security operational teams to ensure all Budget, estimates, and month end closing are accurate and complete. Providing business recommendations where needed. Drive continuous improvement and simplification of FP&A processes and systems Perform various ad-hoc analyses including variance analysis, sensitivities, and other requests from corporate or senior management Manage a team of two individuals, providing leadership, coaching, and development opportunities, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration
