The Partner Operations Manager is a member of the Platform Distribution & Partnerships (PD&P) Partner Operations team. You will be responsible for the smooth and efficient execution of operational processes that support PD&P business strategy, serving as the primary operations contact for assigned distribution partners and product workflows. You'll operationalize deal terms, manage in-market execution, monitor project and partner workflow performance and health, drive cross-functional execution, and identify and escalate risks as needed.

The Manager, Distribution Partnerships & DTC for Spanish-speaking Latin America supports the growth of Universal+ across Mexico and the broader Spanish-speaking Latin American region through the development and management of strategic distribution partnerships. Reporting directly to the VP of Distribution Partnerships & DTC, this role is responsible for identifying partnership opportunities, managing existing partner relationships, executing commercial initiatives, and supporting subscriber and revenue growth objectives.
