The Assistant Manager, Main Entry Sales is responsible for managing and supervising the day-to-day sales operations of the Main Entry department, including the assigned staff and their communication with guests. Oversees overall front gate operation and Team Members within the Main Entry department with direct oversight of Ticket Booths, In-Park Sales Operations, and Ticket Fulfillment. The Assistant Manager also partners with the Operations Team to support department-wide initiatives and strategies. Responsibilities Include: Uphold our Environmental Health and Safety standards.

Summary: Working in a collaborative production team environment, Technical Management is accountable for Technical Design and installation integration for all, or portions of show production support and staff as assigned regarding design, development, fabrication, installation, facility interface, operation, maintenance, and documentation in compliance with codes, and jurisdictional requirements for Entertainment projects.

What You’ll Do Drive value and utilization of facilities information technology tools. Directly manage the Universal City Studio Lot operations internal trades and workforce supporting operations and construction project delivery. Design and plan programs which support a high-performance network of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing infrastructure. Build best practice tools and processes which build near and long term operational and lifecycle maintenance strategies which anticipate needs, prioritize, and maximize investment dollars and drive the best possible operational performance.
