The Sous Chef – Margaritaville, will be responsible for directing, managing and successfully operating a high volume branded concept on CityWalk. As Sous Chef, the position will be a primary “go-to” for the kitchen team and responsible for the functions and flow of the back of the house. The Manager, Ride/Show Engineering provides technical management, inclusive of budget and schedule, for an attraction or attractions under an area of responsibility. Responsible for the successful specification, bid/award, design, production, shipping & logistics, installation, and acceptance testing of Ride and/or Show systems, with emphasis on Show Action Equipment (SAE), including mechanical show systems, animated figures, and special effects equipment and/or systems.
