As the Assistant Manager, Technical Services (Rides), you’ll play a key role in executing the technical operations strategy for our rides and attractions. This position focuses on optimizing labor, coordinating technical teams, and ensuring our attractions are maintained to the highest standards of safety, quality, and guest experience.

The Manager Digital CX & E-Commerce is responsible for destination programs that evolve the Universal Studios Hollywood business, improving the entire guest digital journey inside and outside of the Park. The EHS Manager is responsible for providing comprehensive safety services and business partner support across various departments at Universal Studios Hollywood and CityWalk. Role Purpose: The strategic Sourcing Manager will develop and foster strong partnerships with best-in-class suppliers and internal business partners for the Facilities Services & G&A Categories. These services will include, but are not limited to, facilities management and professional services. The strategic Sourcing Manager role relies on a strong sourcing, facilities & G&A related background coupled with proven leadership and program management experience.

Responsible for key operational controllership processes related to participations and residuals, including production of participant statements, ensuring timely processing of payments, establishing and reviewing reserves and management of the audit process. Work closely with TV Networks operational finance and legal to ensure clear understanding of contractual requirements and relevant production and monetization activities. Review monthly journal entries and account reconciliations, ensure all necessary required adjustments and true ups are reflected in the ledger accurately and timely.

This position will be responsible for growing revenue across NBCUniversal Local OTT and digital platforms, including Peacock TV, NBC / Telemundo Full Episode Player, and Linear TV including Telemundo and Telexitos. The AE will develop an understanding of our ad products, leverage tentpole events like the Olympics, Super Bowl, and World Cup, and have solid consultative selling skills to be able to best develop solutions to meet client needs. New business, revenue closure, account relationship building, customer satisfaction, and product implementation success are key responsibilities.

This Chef has advanced knowledge of culinary trends, proficiency in culinary techniques, and a proven passion for culinary innovation. The Chef will bring expertise in flavor development and culinary executions and be a crucial part of the Innovation Team.

The Data Management and BI Team is seeking a Sr. Staff Data Engineer to join our team. We build data pipelines to land, profile, and store multiple internal & external datasets. We also build applications that surface this data to support our business partners’ strategic decision-making. We're an AWS shop that uses open-source technologies including Scala, Python, Pandas, Spark, Hive, and Postgres as well as BI tools, such as Tableau and MicroStrategy. We work in a very agile environment, where product specifications are flexible and often change rapidly over time.
