JOB SUMMARY Assists Contracts Administrators and other legal team members with contract drafts, reviews and all areas of contracting process. Processes JCT/NEC contracts and related documents to ensure accuracy for operational/project teams in accordance with the contracts policies and procedures and all applicable Universal Creative Systems. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (% of time) As directed by Sr. Contracts Administrator and Manager, reviews and drafts scopes of work and related contract documents and compiles and routes contract documents for internal and external approvals and execution.

JOB SUMMARY The primary function of the Senior Virtual Design & Construction (VDC) Manager aka Senior BIM Manager is to oversee the integration of virtual design and construction technologies to optimise project delivery and foster collaboration across all stakeholders, ensuring the successful efficient execution of projects through their lifecycle. The Senior Manager, serves as strategic leader for the project team, ensuring that VDC processes are continuously utilised to meet Universal standards and expectations.

Responsible for the successful specification, bid/award, design, production, installation, and acceptance testing of Ride and/or Show systems, to include Animated Figures. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES Manages in-field installation, test and adjustment of scenic systems to ensure compliance with contract specifications.

JOB SUMMARY Responsible for the design, management, and installation of landscape site planning, and area development design for a zone and/or land of the UK Project. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the design and development of outdoor spaces that evoke emotion, spark imagination, and reflect a cohesive theme. Provides landscape, area development, site specific design, and management for the project themed zones and lands. Directing the design consultant and coordination with in-house support of the project team and additional vendor inputs.

Responsible for supporting the successful specification, bid/award, design, production, installation, and acceptance testing of Ride and/or Show systems, to include Set/Scenic, or Props. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES   Provides engineering technical (calculation, design, drafting, research) assistance to the Ride/Show teams in support of scenic scopes of work.

POSITION SUMMARY Provides technical management, inclusive of budget and schedule, for a singular contract or scope of work. Responsible for supporting or managing the successful specification, bid/award, design, production, installation, and acceptance testing of Ride and/or Show systems, to include Ride Control, or Show Control Systems. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES    Assists in managing or manages vendors through the process of bidding, designing, manufacturing, testing, shipping, installation, start up, and commissioning of ride or show control systems.

JOB SUMMARY Oversees and manages the Architectural and Engineering design and construction administration effort within a specific area of a project. Also manages the resources, finances, and schedule of that project. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES (% of time) Attends weekly project meetings.
