The Producer for Weekend Nightly News and Special Events offers the unique opportunity to be a part of the biggest moments in breaking news, but also to produce feature pieces covering a range of topics. This role will work a Friday through Tuesday schedule, working across two separate teams: the NBC News Network Specials Team and Weekend Nightly News. This is the rare role to have involvement in both live producing and tape producing. For Specials, you will help produce live breaking news special reports. The position requires experience in the control room.
