Senior Broadcast System Engineer- NBC Boston

We are looking for a Senior Systems Engineer to join the Boston TechOps team in Needham, MA, supporting NBC10 Boston, NBC Sports Boston, and Telemundo New England. As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will be primarily responsible for implementing and supporting technology and users within our mission critical, media production and enterprise IT environment. Job Responsibilities: Lead the requirements gathering, planning, and implementation of technical and workflow solutions for News, Production, and Creative Services partners. Administration of media production applications, systems and infrastructure, ensuring reliability of technology and operations. Develop and maintain system documentation for operational and troubleshooting purposes. Provide technical support, incident response, and customer communication. Ensure compliance with NBCUniversal cyber security policies and standards. Work with the Facility Specialist and Director, Technology to assist with facility vendors and other facility repair needs. All other duties as assigned.
