Broadcast Presentation Scheduling Intern

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Broadcast Presentation Scheduling Intern to join our dynamic team in Madrid, Spain. This internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of broadcast media scheduling and operations. The Scheduling Team within NBCUniversal Global Networks Spain prepares the daily broadcast playlists for the channels Calle 13 and SYFY España, SYFY in Portugal, 13 Ulica and DIVA Balkans. In this role you will work in close collaboration with other departments, in particular Programming, AdSales, Creative and Marketing. Key Responsibilities Assist in creating and maintaining daily broadcast schedules for various programs and content Support the scheduling team in managing last-minute changes and updates to the broadcast lineup Help coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth program transitions and accurate timing Contribute to the development and implementation of efficient scheduling processes Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving scheduling workflows Learn and apply industry-standard scheduling software and practices
