Coordinator, Human Resources
The HR Coordinator supports day‑to‑day Human Resources operations through employee support, HR administration, and project work. This position partners closely with Talent Acquisition, Finance, Benefits, Payroll, HR Operations, and Corporate Human Resources to support a smooth employee experience and provides administrative and coordination support across the HR function, including workflow forms, HR systems updates, meeting and event planning, and payroll coordination. What you’ll do: Provide comprehensive administrative and coordination support to the Director of Human Resources and the HR team across core HR operations, including employee lifecycle processes, scheduling and meeting logistics, organization charts, workflow forms, reporting, and internal HR communications. Serve as a primary user and subject‑matter resource for HR systems and tools (e.g., SAP and Zendesk), acting as an initial point of contact for employee inquiries, managing onboarding and offboarding transactions, employee data updates, audits, reporting, and data validation, and applying HR policies and procedures to route payroll, timekeeping, PTO, and policy questions to the appropriate teams or resources. Serve as the central point of coordination for weekly payroll payment requests for talent and daily‑rate employees, translating manager‑submitted forms into accurate payment entries in SCORE in accordance with established guidelines. Act as the primary point of contact for HR content platforms and shared resources, including corporate boards and the HR SharePoint site, ensuring materials are accurate, current, appropriately governed, and aligned with HR processes and communications. Support the employee lifecycle by coordinating onboarding and offboarding logistics such as equipment returns, badge and system access, credential deactivation, and final timecard submissions. Process and manage expense reports and invoices for the Director of Human Resources and the General Manager, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to company policies. Coordinate and administer the internship program, including onboarding and offboarding support, evaluations, experience surveys, and serving as the primary point of contact for interns and hiring managers. Own and support the Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) program by maintaining documentation, coordinating required training, supporting audits, tracking compliance, and partnering with Facilities and corporate stakeholders. Maintain a high degree of confidentiality and discretion when handling employee data, payroll information, financial documents, and sensitive business matters, and support special projects and additional responsibilities as assigned.
